We have a real brick and mortar business that has been in existence for more than 40 years. We were in Brooklyn Heights on Montague St. for years, before migrating to New Hope, PA. We were at 129 S Main St in New Hope PA from 1989 to 2016, when we moved to 85 S Main St.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges of your online or phone order must be within 14 days of receipt, for an exchange or a refund, except for knives, which have a 3 day inspection period.
You must call within 2 weeks (215-862-5988) or email [email protected] to let us know ahead of sending.
There are absolutely no refunds on custom work or repairs.
You are responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges.
Returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.
If you are exchanging, indicate the brand, style, color, and size of the product you are exchanging for.
We cannot accept exchanges or returns that are scuffed, soiled or worn in any way.
NOTE: Worn shoes are not returnable. So please test-drive your new footwear on a carpeted surface.
Sale and discounted items are final sales, and can not be returned.
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS, and will incur a shipping and insurance charge.
The cost of shipping depends on weight and distance from New Hope PA, and will be agreed on when you place your order (usually $8-15).
Billing and Shipping addresses must match. Due to fraud attempts, we can only send goods to your billing address.
All orders will be processed & shipped within 24-48 hours of placing your order, Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays)
Shipping times are for in-stock items only. For custom orders or out of stock items, shipping may take from 7 to 30 days longer.

If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be shipped when your payment has cleared.
We accept Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, and money orders.
PACKING AND SHIPPING
For footwear, pack your footwear in the original shoebox and then pack it in a shipping box.
All orders MUST be returned in the original shoe box INSIDE another cardboard box. Shoes cannot be returned without the original shoebox. We like to re-use shipping boxes whenever possible to help save the environment, so you can do the same if you like.
Take your package to any shipping facility. You are responsible for shipping costs.

There are no circumstances under which we would pass on any details about a user to a third-party with the exception of our credit card processor when your order is processed.
We have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available. We do not store financial information like credit card numbers or personal information like social security numbers on this site.
